This department provides repair, construction, road, building, safety, and training services. The services that this department can provide in different areas include the followings:
Repair Services Department
Considering the importance of implementing industrial coatings and the lack of executive contractors working based on a scientific approach and the world’s latest techniques in Iran, PetroSanat Jonoob Group sought to address this gap in the domestic industries by relying on its valuable experience, facilities, equipment, and potential and the knowledge of its technical employees, this department is ready to provide the following services to industrial complexes and factories:
- Implementation of cleaning operations, sandblasting, shot blasting, ice blasting, and painting metal and non-metal surfaces and the devices and equipment of various industries.
- Development of methods for the implementation of pipeline coating operations through traditional, conventional, and new methods on land and at sea.
- Implementation of hot and cold insulation operations on pipelines and fixed and rotating industrial equipment.
- Implementation of the rubbering operation of industrial equipment and devices.
- Providing scaffolding and rigging services.
- Supply of cranes and light and heavy machinery, installation, and transportation of heavy and semi-heavy equipment to industrial complexes.
Activities completed in the Repair Services Department:
- Carrying out general technical services (i.e., paint, insulation, and scaffolding) of Fajr Jam Gas Refining Company.
- Sandblasting and painting of the A101 tank in Bandar Siraf, Fajr Jam Gas Refining Company.
- Implementation of painting and insulation operations of the installations and equipment of Fajr Jam Gas Refining for 3 years.
- Implementation of painting operations of water tanks of Mobin Petrochemical Company.
- Providing repair services in Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery.
- Providing repair services for the Hengam Naft Refinery of Qeshm Offshore Oil Company.
- Implementation of the scaffolding and insulation operations of propane pipelines of Pars Petrochemical Company.
- Implementation of the scaffolding and insulation operations of Pars Petrochemical Complex.
Training department
Empowerment and training are among the major principles in human resource management. This department provides training services not only for the employees but also for other companies and industrial complexes. It is ready to provide training services to complexes, factories, and industrial companies using experienced professors from domestic and foreign universities:
- Planning and holding specialized courses in mechanics of fixed and rotating equipment, electricity, instrumentation, installations, ventilation and refrigeration systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance and repairs, and vibration analysis.
- Planning and holding specialized courses on maintenance and repair techniques, including PM, CM, RCM, TPM, and vibration analysis and balance of rotating equipment and devices.
- Planning and holding specialized courses in HSE and firefighting, foreign language learning, and business conversation.
- Planning and holding specialized courses on rules and regulations of tenders, labor and social security, human resources management (HRM), accounting, computer and management with the participation of domestic and foreign accredited universities and higher education centers.
Safety department
Different industries worldwide have long focused on safety, health and the environment. In the last decade, Iranian industries have realized the importance of this issue and given more attention to it. PetroSanat Jonoob Group, the first private company to implement the HSE systems in SPGC, is the hub of Iran’s energy economy. The aim of Its great attention to HSE is to achieve national and international standards. This group transfers its experiences and technical knowledge to the domestic industries through the following services:
- Consulting, implementing, and performing safety, firefighting, health and environment projects.
- Consulting, implementation, and investment in recycling industries and industrial waste management.
- Providing specialized human resources services in HSE fields.
- Inspection, audit, and supervision of the implementation of HSE systems in industrial complexes.
- Development of HSE guidelines and implementation methods for industrial complexes following world standards.
- Consulting in planning, developing, and implementing the HSE Plan for companies, complexes, and industrial factories.
Activities completed in the area of safety and training are as follows:
- Implementation of the work permit issuing system and supervision of the implementation of safety systems (of the third refinery) of SPGC for 2 years.
- Implementation of the work permit issuing system and supervision of the implementation of safety systems (of the first and second refineries) of SPGC for 4 years.
- Implementation of the safety and firefighting services of Parsian Gas Refinery.
- Implementation of the safety and firefighting operations of Fajr Jam Gas Refining Company.
- Implementation of the work permit issuing system and supervision of the implementation of the safety systems of the first refinery of SPGC for 2 years.
- Implementation of the safety and firefighting system in the 9th refinery of SPGC.
- Holding more than 200 training courses in different areas for the company’s employees in different projects.
Civil engineering department
Construction, implementation, renovation, and reconstruction of industrial, administrative, and residential buildings:
- Excavation, embankment, foundation work, and concreting industrial projects and facilities and implementation of road construction projects and communication routes.
- Construction and installation of metal and concrete structures for industrial, administrative, and residential buildings.
- Landscaping, execution, and construction of water channels, sewage and industrial sewers, and foundations of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Design, construction, and execution of residential, office and industrial buildings.
Activities performed in the Civil Engineering Department:
- Repairing of canals, buildings and minor repairs of phases 1, 2, 3,4, and 5 of SPGC for 4 years.
- Providing supervision services for the construction and execution of phases 1, 2 and 3 of the Pars; Energy Special Economic Zone.
- Design, construction, and installation of two storage sheds of Tehran Shahid Tondgooyan Oil Refining Company.
- Construction of the management and training building of Asaluyeh Petrochemical Company.
- Construction of security buildings of Asaluyeh Petrochemical Company.
- Implementation of the concrete skeleton of the cultural complex of Saadiology in Shiraz.
- Moving and installing CCTV camera towers of ASPC.
- Implementation of safety and firefighting operations of Sarchesmeh Copper Complex.
- Implementation of operations of maintenance sheds of Sarchesmeh Copper Complex.
- Construction and completion of a building adjacent to the repair workshop in Takht-e Jamshid Petrochemical Complex (TJPC).
- Concreting and paving the area of the workshops and warehouses of the Pars Petrochemical Company.
