Operation, Maintenance, and Repair Department
The mission of this department is maintenance and repairs based on modern scientific principles, and its emphasis is on the priority of maintenance over repairs and the group’s main goal is to use new technologies in the petroleum industry. Accordingly, it can provide services to employers with international standards. To this aim, the group has decided to design and produce mechanized maintenance and repair management software and focus on implementing new scientific methods for the maintenance, repairs, and localization of these methods in various industries. The main activities that the group can provide are as follows:
- Routine, emergency, preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs of fixed and rotating mechanical and electrical equipment and instrumentation in industrial complexes.
- Preparation, supply, implementation, localization, and commissioning of preventive, predictive, emergency and major maintenance and repair software systems, system process design, and control software applications.
- Management and maintenance of machine tool workshops in industrial complexes.
- Maintenance and repairs of cathodic protection stations, earthing systems, pipelines, telecommunications, and ventilation and refrigeration systems.
- Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operating the equipment and devices of complexes and factories, and the industrial machinery, equipment, and devices.
- Planning and implementing projects for renovation, optimization, and production capacity promotion in industrial complexes and factories.
- Planning and implementing major repairs of factories and industrial complexes.

- Routine, emergency, preventive, and major maintenance and repairs (i.e., electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, and machinery) of Mobin Petrochemical Company for 2 years.
- Routine maintenance and repairs at the sea port of Pars Petrochemical Company (i.e., electricity, instrumentation, and mechanics and machinery) of Payaneh and Makhazan Petrochemical Company for 2 years.
- Routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance and repairs (i.e., electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, machinery, planning, and computer) of Parsian Gas Refining Company.
- Routine emergency and preventive maintenance and repairs (i.e., electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, machinery, and central workshop) of Fajr Jam Gas Refining Company for 4 years.
- Routine, emergency, preventive, and major maintenance and repairs of rotating equipment of Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company for 18 months.
- Routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance and repairs (i.e., electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, and machinery) of Arvand Petrochemical Company, the world’s largest PVC production chain factory, for 18 months.
- Management, maintenance, and routine repairs of the ventilation and refrigeration systems of Mobin Petrochemical Company for 2 years.
- Repairs of electrical, telecommunication, instrumentation, and installation equipment of sections 2 and 4 of Fars Province Telecommunication Company.
- Major repairs of catalytic converter units (i.e., mechanics, electricity, and instrumentation) of Shiraz Oil Refining Company.
- Major repairs (i.e., electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, and machinery) of Parsian Gas Refining Company.
- Major repairs of the distillation unit of Lavan Oil Refining Company.
- Large-scale handover of oil storage operations (i.e., repairs, operation, and loading) of the National Iranian Oil Products Refining and Distribution Company in Karaj.
- Provision of operational services, maintenance and repair services of Iranian gas transmission pipelines in District 3 of Qazvin for 3 years.
- Managing the central and subsidiary workshops of the first to fifth refineries of SPGC for 4 years.
- Major repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment and devices of Mobin Petrochemical Complex for 2 years.
- Repairs of the electrical systems, instrumentation, and ventilation systems of the fourth refinery of SPGC for 2 years.
- Mechanical repairs, painting, and repair services of the fifth refinery of SPGC for 2 years.
- Maintenance and management of site 2 of Mahshahr Shimibaft Petrochemical Company for one year.
- Outsourcing the operations and maintenance, utilization (O & M) of the 9th refinery of SPGC for 2 years.
- Repairs of Lavan Oil Refinery.
- Management of the repair services of Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery.
- utilizing repair and maintenance services and operations of Iranian Offshore Oil Company in Qeshm for 2 years.
- Having Carried out the mechanical repairs of Tabriz Oil Refinery for 4 years.
- Implementation of the mechanical and major repairs of Tehran Oil Refinery for 2 years.
- Major repairs of the gate valves of Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex.
- Managing the central workshop of the 9th refinery of SPGC for 18 months.
- Routine repairs, loading, and transportation of salt from the Salt Lake of Arvand Petrochemical Complex for 2 years.
- Management, installation, maintenance, and repairs of the water supply network of Pars Energy Special Economic Zone.
