Engineering, Construction, and Installation Department
The expansion of the Iranian industries and the need for industrial complexes and projects for capable contractors necessitated establishing a design, engineering, construction, and installation department in PetroSanat Jonoob Group. Therefore, this department performs all activities related to designing, engineering, construction, and installation of equipment, pipelines, machines, devices and parts needed in industrial complexes. This group tries to provide the localization processes of chain design, construction, and installation of equipment and machinery in domestic industries,especially petroleum, gas, and petrochemical industries. This department also carries out relevant activities in the specialized branches of process, civil engineering, mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, computer and telecommunication.
The main activities performed in this department are as follows:
- Design, construction, and installation of all kinds of equipment, parts, and fixed and rotating mechanical equipment for industries, pipelines and material transfer in industrial complexes.
- Design, implementation, and installation of electrical apparatus, ventilation, and refrigeration facilities, equipment, and systems in industrial complexes.
- Design and implementation of power production, distribution and transmission systems, solar energy, and gas-burning generators; • design, implementation, and installation of control systems, instrumentation, automation, analyzers and telecommunications, radio systems, internal telephone network, fire alarm, and extinguishing systems in industrial complexes.
- Design of industrial and residential buildings, roads, metal and non-metal structures, and foundations of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Designing and modeling the processes of production, refining petroleum, and chemical products in the petroleum, gas, and petrochemical industries.
Activities completed in the Construction and Installation Engineering Department:
- Design, purchase, construction and installation of gratings and guardrails for Payaneha and Makhzan petrochemical company in Asaluyeh.
- Design, construction and installation of two storage sheds in Tehran Shahid Tondgooyan Oil Refining Company.
- Procurement of materials and construction of DM water tank in Mobin Petrochemical Company.
- Implementation of pipeline installation operations of units 102, 107, and 105 and phases 22, 23, and 24 of South Pars Gas Complex (SPGC).
- Installation of filter and bypass on LPG (butane and propane) lines of Pars Payaneha and Makhzan petrochemical company in Bandar Abbas.
- Supply of goods and implementation of liquid line and torch 800 to 500 in Parsian Gas Refinery Company.
- Implementation of pre-commissioning operations of unit 10 and phases 17 and 18 of SPGS.
- Installation and replacement of the flare tip of the first refinery and the ninth refinery of SPGS.
- Installing and changing the route of the strainer on the propane and butane gas pipelines for Payaneha and Makhzan petrochemical company in Bandar Abbas.
- Installation and replacement of the 28th pipeline of the flare outlet of the second refinery of SPGC.
- Supply of materials, and equipment, construction, and installation of the fire extinguishing system of liquefied gas tanks at the third refinery of SPGC.
- Supply of materials and installation of anti-corrosion packages at the fourth refinery of SPGC.
- Design, construction and retubing of several converters at SPGC.
- Design and construction of various industrial parts in SPGC.
- Reconstruction, modification, and operation of the TGTU Unit of the fifth refinery of SPGC.
- Design and construction of two petroleum products tanks on Kish Island.
- Engineering, design, construction, and implementation of the return water cooling system of Tondgooyan Petrochemical refinery.
- Construction and installation of maintenance sheds for Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex.
- Design, construction, and installation of metal structures and facilities of Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex.
- Reconstruction, renovation, and installation of Isfahan Refinery’s tanks.
